Delter's Chengdu campus "Mount Royal" opened in June of 1999.  We continue to provide the best learning and teaching environment in China in the Western province of Sichuan. chengdu.JPG (137811 bytes) Our partners, "The Chengdu Hydro Electric Power College" have provided us with the opportunity to provide a comfortable environment for students and teachers.

The outlying area provides no end of adventure and exploration of the Chinese culture, and students will once again have the opportunity to learn in a modern all English  environment.
