Qualifications
All teachers employed by Delter¡¯s Chinese partners must have a Bachelors Degree or higher.
All Language teachers must be Native Speakers of English.
Business teachers should be either Native Speakers or sufficiently fluent in English to be equivalent in practice to Native Speakers.
TEOSL Certificates or a minimum of 1 year teaching ESL in China are preferred.
